Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication with a focus on Typography from the Lebanese University in Beirut, Salam Shokor has developed a keen interest in the interplay of design, technology, and storytelling.

In Design and Computation, Salam is exploring the integration of robotics and interactive systems with typography, as well as the interactive archival of personal histories and genealogies. He is devoted to preserving and sharing stories through innovative design solutions.

When not immersed in academic pursuits, Salam enjoys Arabic poetry, calligraphy, woodworking and cyanotype printing.
