Vladan Joler is professor at the New Media department of the University of Novi Sad and leads SHARE Lab, a data investigation and research lab at the intersection between technology and society. In his own projects as well as collaborations such as "Anatomy of an AI" with Kate Crawford or "Nooscope" with Matteo Pasquinelli, mapping is used as a means of understanding complex assemblages. His most recent research focuses on New Extractivism and the invisible infrastructures of digital labour.
Kim Albrecht is director of metaLAB FU Berlin and principal at metaLAB Harvard as well as Professor at Film University Babelsberg. His aesthetic research focuses on the visualisation of cultural, technological, and scientific forms of knowledge in the postdigital age. His work has been exhibited at MIT List Visual Arts Center, Harvard Art Museums, Ars Electronica Center and ZKM Karlsruhe among others.
